Is a raw cured sausage, with a characteristic reddish-orange colour,marinated  in salt, this is a mixture of paprika, cayenne and garlic.

 

Once spreaded on the bread, it can be heated for a more intense experience. 

Tip: If you add cheese on top, makes a great combination.

 

They are dried and aged for two months before they are ready to consume.
