Produced in the area of Puerta de Segura, in the Natural Reserve of Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, at north west of Jaen, one of the largest areas of olive oil production in the world: around 45% of all Spanish production and 20% of world’s production, for this reason the province is also known as World Capital of Olive Oil.


Tasting note

An ample intensity of green fruitiness and notes of fresh herbs, with hints of peach, g tree and tomato. It presents on the palate a distinct bitterness, medium pungency, and a long lasting aftertaste of green leaves.
