Easy to cook, this Baigorri preparation allows you to reconstitute a dish with a bouquet,  juiciness and, an aspect that anyone would think that they just made it! 

 

EASY STEPS:

 

1- Drain the oil.

2- Stir on a pan with a bit of olive oil until golden brown.

3- Cool down in the mixture fridge for 5-10 min

4- Beat 3 to 5 eggs and add salt to taste.

5- Mix the drained potatoes very well with the egg.

6- Cook in the pan to taste, on both sides (you may use a plate to flip the omelette).
