100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham

Señorío de Montanera hams from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs are carefully looked after by artisans that ensure that not even the smallest detail is overlooked in order to get the best possible result. The process has been handed down through generations and each piece will be meticulously cared for during the more than two years of curing. This attention to detail ensures the quality can be appreciated even before tasting. The meat displays colours from reddish-purple to pale-pink and is always highlighted by fine veins of succulent fat. Each piece strikes a near perfect balance between intense flavour and the delicate acorn fragrance.




Prepared with the front legs of 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs raised in our meadows. Black leg, purplish-red lean meat, with very fluid infiltrated fat standing out. Balance between intense flavour and delicate aroma of acorns.



Taken from the back-loin of pure Iberian acorn-fed pigs, the meat is marinated with salt, red pepper and garlic and pressed into a natural hog casing. The Lomo does not show external fat but, instead, allows the fat to permeate the meat and instills in it an aroma and succulence unique to this Spanish delicacy. The drying process lasts for more than four months and allows the natural aromas and flavours to develop and intensify.



100% Iberian Chorizo & Salchichon

Derived from the lean meat of pure Iberian acorn-fed pigs, the meat is finally chopped and marinated in salt and spices before being pressed into a natural hog casing. The drying process lasts for more than four months and allows the natural aromas and flavours to develop and intensify.




From 100% purebred Iberian pigs, this pork belly has been cured on salt using traditional methods. Prefect to cook as torreznos, for pastas, and sandwiches .



Not as popular like chorizo and jamon ibérico in terms of famous Spanish charcuterie, this lesser-known delicacy is just as popular in some parts of Spain, and well worth trying. In fact, one Spanish gastronomist, Néstor Luján, declared sobrasada to be the best pâté in the world.
